ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA Number)

All drums shells and drum sets except drum shells that were ordered with bearing edges added may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of receiving an order.

In addition:

There is a $20 re-stocking fee for all returns.

For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer will be charged for the  entire cost of shipping (both outbound and inbound). These charges will be deducted from the purchase price refund.

No returns are accepted after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for all outgoing and incoming shipping charges .

Drums must be received in new and unused condition. Shells that have damaged/destroyed protective packaging, tears in protective wrap or bags will be considered “open box” and will have 20% deducted from the return/exchange value.

Customers must pack drums exactly as they arrived.

Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.

All claims for damage or defects during original shipment to customer must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to send the damaged item back to us with a return shipping label that we will provide. It is advisable to take photos of the original shipping box if there is apparent damage.
